But we’re now aboard. And figuring out how to dig ourselves out of the mounds of “stuff” we have that must be stowed within our approximately 250 square feet of interior living space – our teeny tiny house on water.

The shower in our head (bathroom). |
The master cabin (bedroom). |
And Gracie? She is already becoming quite the boat dog. Other than having to put some non-slip treads on the companionway steps, we’ve so far made no special accommodations. She still won’t stay alone on the boat but loves to go with us everywhere, becoming Miss Popularity among marina residents and guests. During her most recent happy hour visit to the marina bar she even charmed a date to a landlubber’s home for some yard time. And an invitation to join Rotary.
