Picture This: Boot Key Part 3

It is once again time for the casstaways to cast off! We have loved our stay on mooring ball D8 in Boot Key Harbor but all good things lead to more good things and we set sail once again this past Monday morning. Sadly, the crew of EWWE2 could not join us on this leg of our journey as an unexpected and critical boat repair delayed their departure. We will miss them!

We now begin our slow cruise up the Southwest coast of Florida to Charlotte Harbor (Punta Gorda) where we have reserved a slip at Fisherman’s Village for the sweltering months of June, July and August, while we fly back to Indiana, Missouri, and Washington to visit all our landlubbing loved ones. We leave Boot Key having enjoyed much fun and frivolity with “old” and new friends alike. A few more photos of the good times…
